How are shipping costs determined?

All the shipping prices are added per item and worked out according to size and weight of the total order. The shipping price will be calculated and displayed at the shopping cart. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before you pay. All shipping prices are in NZD

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship our pretty things all over the world. If you are from New Zealand, Australia or the USA your shipping prices are automatically entered and will show up after you have chosen your country in the shopping cart. Other countries please contact us with what you would like and your destination and we will get back to you within 24hours with a shipping quote. Easy!

Who do you ship with?

We ship using NZ post. All packages are sent express and untracked. This has proven to be the quickest and most cost effective way of shipping within NZ and internationally. We have never had a package lost using this shipping method but if you require a tracked package contact us for a shipping quote and order adjustment.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will email you within 24hours to confirm your order and give you the shipping details. Orders take 2-8 days to arrive within New Zealand. International shipping times will be emailed to the customer according to the destination.
