We want you to be totally in love with your purchase from The Yellow Brick Road so we deal with returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you need to return or exchange an order please contact us within 2 days of your order arriving and we will always find the best possible solution.

The Yellow Brick Road does not offer refunds if you have changed your mind but is happy to exchange an item or offer a store credit. Shipping is not refunded for items that are being exchanged. If you receive a faulty item we will always do what we can to repair or replace the item. If the item is unable to be repaired or replaced we will offer the customer a full refund including the shipping cost.
